大断面図、第１２図は第１図のコネクターの一対
を接続した状態を示す平面図、第１３図は本考案
における光伝送の状態を模式的に示す平面図であ
る。 １……基板、１Ａ……（１００）面、５……屈
折率分布型レンズ、６……光フアイバー裸線、７
……光フアイバー被覆線、８……コネクトピン受
入れ溝、１１……コネクトピン。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表面を結晶の（１００）面としたシリコン単結
    晶の基板に、幅広の溝とこれに中心線を一致させ
    た幅狭の溝とを溝側壁を（１１１）面として連通
    形成し、幅広の溝にほぼ１／４ピツチの奇数倍（
    １を含む）の長さとした屈折率分布型レンズを固
    定するとともに幅狭の溝には端面を前記レンズに
    接合した光フアイバーを固定し、また同一基板上
    に少なくとも一対のコネクタピン受入れ溝を溝側
    壁を（１１１）面として設けたことを特徴とする
    光コネクター。
