Claims (1)
- 複数の住戸からなる集合住宅の共同玄関及び各
住戸の玄関に電気錠を備えるドアを設置すると共
に、各ドアの近傍に各住戸の住宅情報盤に接続さ
れたドアホンを夫々設け、来訪者は上記ドアホン
を用いて各住戸の家人を呼び出し、家人は来訪者
との通話により来訪者を確認して共同玄関のドア
あるいは各住戸の玄関ドアを開ける防犯システム
に用いられ、共同玄関あるいは各住戸のドアの電
気錠を解錠するときに押される解錠スイツチと、
共同玄関及び各住戸のドアホンのいずれとの間で
家人が通話を行つているかを判別する判別回路と
、上記解錠スイツチが押されたとき判別回路の出
力に従つて通話中のドアホン側のドアの電気錠だ
けに解錠信号を出力する出力回路とを備えた住宅
情報盤。
