Claims (1)
- 第１プレートに形成されている複数個の穴に複
数個のシリンダを各々気密状態で吊設し、前記第
１プレートに前記シリンダの基端部を背部から押
え付けるようにして第２プレートを積層し、前記
第１プレートと第２プレートとの間をその周囲で
密閉し、前記第２プレートの前記第１プレート側
面に前記シリンダの基端部に通じる溝を形成し、
加圧気体を供給する圧力源にこの溝を接続したこ
とを特徴とする直動アクチユエータ。
