第１図は本考案の一実施例による滑りブツシユ
組付装置を第１治具と第２治具との突合せ状態で
示す断面図、第２図は第１図の第１治具に外筒、
内筒及び第１シールリングをセツトした状態を示
す断面図、第３図は第１図の第２治具に第２シー
ルリングをセツトした状態を示す断面図、第４図
は第１図の滑りブツシユ組付装置が装備された滑
りブツシユ製作機械の全体構成を概略的に示す断
面図、第５図は第４図の平面図、第６図は第１図
の滑りブツシユ組付装置により組付けられた滑り
ブツシユの組付完成品を示す断面図、第７図は従
来の滑りブツシユ組付装置において内筒の一端に
第１シールリングを圧入する工程を示す断面図、
第８図は従来の滑りブツシユ組付装置において内
筒の他端に第２シールリングを圧入する工程を示
す断面図である。 図において、１：滑りブツシユ、２：外筒、３
：内筒、４：第１シールリング、５：第２シール
リング、２３：第１治具、２８：第２治具、３１
：油圧シリンダ、４２：保持部、４３：支持ピン
、４５：載置段部、４６：邪魔棒、４９：第１検
出回路、６０：押圧部、６１：装着ピン、６６：
第２検出回路である。なお、図中、同一符号及び

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筒体が挿入保持される保持手段と、 前記筒体の端部に挿着されるリングが位置決め
される位置決め手段と、 前記筒体の端部に挿着されるリングが前記位置
決め手段の正規の位置にないとき、その状態を検
出する圧力系の検出回路の圧力をリークさせるオ
リフイスと、 前記筒体及びリングがセツトされ、両者を押圧
一体化する駆動手段と を具備することを特徴とする滑りブツシユ組付装
置。
