Claims (1)
- 基板検査装置の容器内に、治具であるフイクス
チヤーが配設され、このフイクスチヤーに多数の
コンタクトプローブと、検査対象となる基板を支
持する基板支持部が設けられ、また、前記フイク
スチヤーが真空ポンプに接続され、さらに、前記
容器の上部に、その下面側に多数のプレスピンを
配設したプレスボードが上下動可能に配設されて
いることを特徴とする基板検査装置。
