Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入射光に応じて電気的特性が変化する受光
    素子と該受光素子における電気的特性の変化を電
    流検出するために該受光素子に接続されたアナロ
    グスイツチとからなるセグメント単位が複数個配
    列されたイメージセンサにおいて、上記アナログ
    スイツチは同一ゲート容量のＮチヤネルＦＥＴと
    ＰチヤネルＦＥＴとの並列接続体からなり、一方
    のＦＥＴのゲートには２段のインバータを介して
    信号線が接続されると共に他方のＦＥＴのゲート
    には１段のインバータを介して該信号線が接続さ
    れた事を特徴とするイメージセンサ。 (2) 入射光に応じて電気的特性が変化する受光
    素子と該受光素子における電気的特性の変化を電
    流検出するために該受光素子に接続されたアナロ
    グスイツチとからなるセグメント単位が複数個配
    列されたイメージセンサにおいて、上記アナログ
    スイツチには逆相の信号で同時に開閉動作するダ
    ミースイツチが並列付加された事を特徴としたイ
    メージセンサ。
