Claims (1)
- 気密チヤンバ内にヒータプレートを備え該ヒー
タプレート上に試料となるシリコンその他のウエ
ハーを置いて、加熱等の熱処理を行う装置におい
て、前記ウエハーの出し入れをウエハーと２か所
の外周で接し、この接触部分の形状がウエハーの
径と同じ弧で、断面が横型のＶ溝を成しているこ
とを特徴とするウエハー搬送アーム。
