Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 永久磁石を表面に固着してなるヨークと、
光電変換手段と前記永久磁石の磁界の作用する範
囲内に設けたコイルとを支持しかつ前記ヨークの
表面に沿つて移動自在に形成してなる可動部材と
、前記光電変換手段と対向しかつ前記ヨークの表
面と平行に設けたリニアエンコーダとからなるリ
ニアモータにおいて、金属材料からなりかつ複数
個の光透過スリツトを設けてなるテープ状のリニ
アエンコーダを、前記ヨークの端部に張力付与手
段およびヨークとの相対位置調整手段を介して装
着したことを特徴とするリニアモータ。 (2) 張力付与手段が引張コイルばねである請求
項(1)記載のリニアモータ。
