転ブラシ、３…ポンプ、３１…ダイヤフラム、３
２…ポンプフレーム、３４…逆止弁機構、３５…
遮閉体、３５ｂ…流体通路、３６…傘形弁、３７
，３８…ハウジング。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転ブラシと、クリーナ噴射スプレと、 これにクリーナを圧送するためのポンプと、 回転ブラシおよびポンプを歯車機構を介して駆
    動するためのモータとからなり、 インクジエツトプリンタヘツドのインクノズル
    に対向するクリーナ噴射スプレからクリーナを噴
    射して、インクノズル内のインクをインクリザー
    バへ還流するとともに、回転ブラシによつてイン
    クノズル口端をクリーニングするようにしたイン
    クノズルクリーニング装置において、 前記ポンプを、伸縮して流体を吸入・吐出する
    ダイヤフラムと、このダイヤフラムを支持固定す
    るポンプフレームと、ポンプフレームに形成した
    吸入部・吐出部に設けられる逆止弁機構とで構成
    し、この逆止弁機構を、傘形弁と、取付けた傘形
    弁によつて流体通路が開閉される遮閉体と、これ
    らを収納するハウジングとで構成するとともに遮
    閉体を不活性樹脂材で形成したことを特徴とする
    インクノズルクリーニング装置。
