- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ウエハ吸着ステージに半導体ウエハをセ
ツトし、該半導体ウエハ上に接着テープを載せ、
ローラにより押圧し、前記接着テープと半導体ウ
エハを貼り合わせる半導体ウエハマウント装置に
おいて、 半導体ウエハを前記ローラの進行方向に対して
前後２面で支持する形状の吸着ステージを具備す
ることを特徴とする半導体ウエハマウント装置。
