Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内管と、この内管の外周に一定の間隔を保つて
    同軸的に設けられた外管との間の空間部を密封し
    真空状態に保持した左右一対の真空断熱配管を継
    合する真空断熱配管継手構造であつて、上記左右
    一対の真空断熱配管の内管がそれぞれ上記外管の
    端部から突設され、上記左右一対の内管の突設部
    が突き合わされて接合されており、上記継合状態
    の左右一対の真空断熱配管の外管の外周面に、そ
    れ自身の外周面の一端側に第１の排気弁を設けら
    れた円筒状の固定部が外嵌され、この固定部の両
    端側の内周面と上記外管の外周面の間に円周に沿
    つてシール材が配設され、このシール材が上記固
    定部の内周面と外管の外周面に円周に沿つて密接
    するように上記固定部の両端側の外周面がクラン
    プで締め付け固定され、この固定部の中央外周側
    に密封状の円筒状空間部を円周に沿つて形成する
    ように外周殻部が設けられ、この外周殻部の外周
    面に内部と連通する第２の排気弁が設けられ、上
    記内管、外管および固定部により形成される空隙
    部に多孔性の断熱材が充填されているとともに、
    上記空隙部および上記外周殻部の円筒状空間部を
    上記第１および第２の排気弁を介して排気減圧で
    きるようになつていることを特徴とする真空断熱
    配管継手構造。
