Claims (1)
- アルミニウム材からなるポンプ筐体１に穿設さ
れたシリンダ２内でプランジヤ５が回転往復運動
を行なつてポンプ作用をするプランジヤオイルポ
ンプであつて、前記プランジヤ５が回転運動をす
るために該プランジヤ５に形成されているウオー
ムホイール９と、回転運動に伴つて往復運動する
ため、該プランジヤ５の端面に形成されている端
面カム６とからなる前記プランジヤ５の駆動手段
が前記ポンプ筐体１の外部に露出しているものに
おいて、前記プランジヤ５が、前記駆動手段と、
前記シリンダ２に嵌入して前記駆動手段を支持す
る軸頚部とからなる駆動部分５−２と、回転往復
運動によつてポンプ作用を行なうポンプ作用部分
５−１とに分割され、前記駆動部分５−２は鋼材
を以て形成され、前記ポンプ作用部分５−１はア
ルミニウム材を以て形成され表面に硬質アルマイ
ト処理が施こされて互に連結され、前記ポンプ作
用部分５−１を前記ポンプ筐体１の外部から遮断
するシール部材１６が、前記シリンダ２内面と前
記プランジヤ５との間に配置されているプランジ
ヤオイルポンプ。
