Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザと、該半導体レーザの出力をモニ
    ターするモニタ手段と、前記半導体レーザに与え
    る電流を制御する電流制御手段と、前記モニタ手
    段からの出力に応じてパルス幅変調信号を出力す
    るパルス幅変調手段とを有し、該パルス幅変調信
    号が前記電流制御手段に与えられ、前記電流制御
    手段は前記パルス幅変調信号に基づいて前記電流
    を制御するようにしたことを特徴とする半導体レ
    ーザ光源。
