熱タンク、３８…蒸気加熱ジヤケツト、３９…排
水、４２…圧縮空気噴出器、４３…バルブ、４５
…活性炭、４６…導管、４７，４７′，４８…切
替えバルブ、４９…排気管、５０…濃度センサ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 有機溶剤を含有する排水を加熱タンク内で加熱
    して蒸発させ、大気中に放散させる排水浄化装置
    において、前記加熱タンク内に曝気処理を行うた
    めの圧縮空気噴出手段を設けると共に、前記大気
    への蒸発放出路の一部に活性炭による吸着手段を
    設け、浄化処理の初期はタンク内の排水中に圧縮
    空気を送り、発生する溶剤ガスを活性炭に導くよ
    うにし、同排水中の溶剤濃度が所定の値を下回つ
    た時点で加熱タンクを加熱して排水を蒸発させ大
    気中に放散することを特徴とする排水浄化装置。
