    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個の外部リード端子の一端が方形環状の主
    枠の内周辺に連結され、他端が副枠に連結されて
    成るリードフレームにおいて、前記外部リード端
    子の副枠との連結部近傍に切欠が形成されている
    ことを特徴とするリードフレーム。
