Claims (1)
- 実質的に水平に保持されて移動するフレーム部
材を有する装置に使用される水平位置保持装置に
おいて、前記フレーム部材を駆動する駆動手段と
、前記フレーム部材の傾きを検出する手段と、前
記フレーム部材が予め定められた範囲内で水平状
態を保持するように、前記傾きを検出する手段か
らの検出信号に基づいて指令を出す手段と、該指
令に基いて前記駆動手段を制御する制御装置とを
備え、前記傾きを検出する手段は距離をおいて配
置された複数の気圧計であることを特徴とする水
平位置保持装置。
