    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ペレツトが内部リードと共に、その内底
    面に半田固着される上部開口のペレツト収納カツ
    プと、前記内部リードの上端に接続され、かつ、
    前記ペレツト収納カツプの上部開口を塞ぐように
    配置された板状外部端子とを有し、前記ペレツト
    収納カツプ内の半導体ペレツト及び内部リードの
    一部がコート剤にて被覆された半導体装置におい
    て、前記板状外部端子にコート剤注入用の開口部
    を設けてなることを特徴とする半導体装置。
