Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 金属ケース内に半導体レーザおよび光アイソ
レータが実装され、光出力用光フアイバを備えた
光アイソレータ内蔵型半導体レーザモジユールに
おいて、半導体レーザ、チツプキヤリア、金属ベ
ース、集光用レンズ、先端部を金属管により保護
された前記光フアイバ、前記金属管よりもわずか
に大きい内径を有するスライドリング、側壁に光
フアイバを通過させる導入光を有する前記金属ケ
ースおよび光アイソレータを少くとも備え、前記
金属ベースと前記光アイソレータとの接合部が嵌
め合い構造となつていることを特徴とする光アイ
ソレータ内蔵型半導体モジユール。 ２ 請求項１記載の光アイソレータ内蔵型半導体
レーザモジユールにおいて、前記光アイソレータ
が、その先端面に、光軸を中心軸とした環状の凸
部を有し、前記金属ベースが前記環状の凸部の外
径より、わずかに大きい内径の円形窪みを有し、
前記光アイソレータの前記環状の凸部が前記金属
ベースの円形窪みにはめ込まれ、前記光アイソレ
ータが前記金属ベースに固定されていることを特
徴とする光アイソレータ内蔵型半導体レーザモジ
ユール。 ３ 請求項１記載の光アイソレータ内蔵型半導体
レーザモジユールにおいて、前記金属ベースが円
形窪みの周囲に、前記光アイソレータの外径と同
じ外径を持つ環状の凸部を有し、前記光アイソレ
ータの端部外周が前記金属ベースの前記環状の凸
部にそろえられた状態で、ＹＡＧレーザ溶接され
、前記光アイソレータが前記金属ベースに固定さ
れていることを特徴とする光アイソレータ内蔵型
半導体レーザモジユール。
