Claims (1)
- 放熱を必要とする半導体と放熱板及び取付け部
品からなら半導体の取付け構造において、放熱板
に半導体の取付け位置を決める凸部と半導体を固
定する棒状スプリングを引掛ける切欠きを設け、
半導体を放熱板に位置決めしに後棒状スプリング
を切欠き部に押し込んでワンタツチで取付けがで
きることを特徴とする半導体の取付装置。
