Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に多層の電極膜と絶縁膜とで構成さ
れる電子部品の回路形成において、一層に形成さ
れるアース電極と、他の層に形成した回路電極膜
及び前記絶縁膜に穿設されて前記アース電極と接
続する接続穴と、この接続穴に設けられ前記他の
層の回路電極膜の一つに接続してアース回路を形
成する導体膜とを備えることを特徴とする膜素子
のアース回路構造。
