Claims (1)
- 強磁性合金を平滑な基板上に蒸着し特定の形状
にパターニングすることによつて形成される磁気
抵抗素子を用いる磁気センサにおいて、波形処理
回路と、前記磁気抵抗素子が同一領域内に形成さ
れたチツプと、このチツプの出力を増幅整形処理
する処理回路とを、同一パツケージ内に収納して
電気的に接続したことを特徴とする磁気センサ。
