  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透明部材と、この透明部材の裏面に透明電
    極膜、半導体光活性層及び裏面電極膜の順に積層
    されてなる光電変換素子と、上記透明部材の表面
    に形成され、上記透明電極膜及び裏面電極膜に電
    気的に接続された透明発熱抵抗体とを備えたこと
    を特徴とする積雪防止材。 (2) 透明部材と、この透明部材の裏面に透明電
    極膜、半導体光活性層及び裏面電極膜の順に積層
    されてなる光電変換素子と、こと光電変換素子に
    て発生される電力を蓄積する蓄電池と、上記透明
    部材の表面に形成され、上記透明電極膜及び裏面
    電極膜に電気的に接続された透明発熱抵抗体とを
    備えたことを特徴とする太陽電池装置。
