Claims (1)
- 電子部品を着脱自在に保持するヘツド部を昇降
させて電子部品の搭載作業を行なう電子部品搭載
作業装置において、前記ヘツド部を電子部品を着
脱可能な降下位置と該降下位置から退避した上昇
位置との間で往復昇降させる昇降駆動手段と、前
記ヘツド部を前記上昇位置に押圧支持するバネ部
材と、前記バネ部材を前記ヘツド部の昇降に関与
しない長さに収縮させる押圧手段と、前記昇降駆
動手段の駆動力が消失したときに前記押圧手段の
押圧力を解除する連携手段とを有することを特徴
とする電子部品搭載作業装置。
