  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 摩擦パツド３１をデイスクロータ２２に押
    圧するためのブレーキパツド用シム１であつて、
    このブレーキパツド用シム１は、損失係数の温度
    依存性の小さい板状の樹脂部材４と、該樹脂部材
    ４を埋設した状態のゴム層５と、該ゴム層５の両
    側に設けられた鋼板２，３とから形成したことを
    特徴とするブレーキパツド用シム。 (2) 前記損失係数の温度依存性の小さい樹脂部
    材は、耐熱性樹脂４である請求項１記載のブレー
    キパツド用シム。 (3) 摩擦パツド３１をデイスクロータ２２に押
    圧するためのブレーキパツド用シム１０であつて
    、このブレーキパツド用シム１０は、損失係数の
    温度依存性の小さい板状の樹脂部材４と、該樹脂
    部材４を埋設した状態のゴム層５と、該ゴム層５
    の両側に設けられた鋼板２，３とを有し、さらに
    前記鋼板３の外側に樹脂部材７を埋設した状態の
    ゴム層８および鋼板９が設けられて多層に形成さ
    れていることを特徴とするブレーキパツド用シム
    。
