Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 それぞれ電極群を有する一対の基板が各電極群
    が対向するように配設され、上記両電極群間に多
    数のほぼ同径導電粒子を有機樹脂に含有させてな
    る異方性導電膜が介在され、熱圧着により上記両
    電極が導電接続させられてなる電気的接続装置に
    おいて、 上記一対の基板のうち少なくとも一方の基板の
    電極群の一部が、上記熱圧着時の上記有機樹脂が
    上記基板外にはみ出さないように、せき止め手段
    となることを特徴とする電気的接続装置。
