Claims (1)
- 金属粉をスチールベルト上で連続的に熱処理す
る加熱帯および冷却ガスの吹出しノズルを備えた
冷却帯を有して成る金属粉熱処理炉の炉内ケーキ
剥離装置において、前記冷却帯の入口前のスチー
ルベルトの上面に接しケーキを剥離する剥離案内
ガイドと、前記剥離案内ガイドを昇降可能に懸吊
するガイド昇降装置と、前記剥離案内ガイドの勾
配に沿つて搬送されるケーキ上面に接する如く配
置された押えロールと、前記押えロールを昇降可
能に懸吊する押えロール昇降装置と、前記の剥離
されたケーキの搬送ロールと、を有して成ること
を特徴とする金属粉熱処理炉の炉内ケーキ剥離装
置。
