Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ エンジンにより駆動されてバツテリに充電電
    流を供給する発電機と、エンジンスイツチのオン
    状態で、前記バツテリ電源が投入されて、定電圧
    化された基準信号を形成する定電圧回路と、エン
    ジンの潤滑オイルが不足しているか否かを検出す
    るオイル検出回路と、そのオイル検出回路から出
    力するオイル検出信号を遅延させる遅延回路と、
    その遅延されたオイル検出信号のレベルと前記基
    準信号のレベルとを比較してオイル不足状態を判
    別する第１の判別回路と、前記電源電圧に応じた
    電圧信号のレベルと前記基準信号のレベルとを比
    較して前記電源の過電圧状態を判別する第２の判
    別回路と、第１の判別回路から出力されるオイル
    不足判別信号と第２の判別回路から出力される過
    電圧判別信号との論理和信号に応じて、エンジン
    の停止を行なわせる制御機器にエンジン停止指令
    を与えるエンジン停止指令回路とによつて構成さ
    れたことを特徴とするエンジン自動停止装置。 ２ オイル検出回路においてオイル圧力応動型の
    センサを用いてエンジン運転中のオイル圧力によ
    つて潤滑オイルが不足しているか否かを検出する
    とともに、スタータモータを始動するエンジンス
    イツチのスタート位置への操作に応じて、前記オ
    イル検出回路から出力するオイル検出信号をオイ
    ル充足検出時のレベルに強制的に切り換えるオイ
    ル検出信号切換回路を設けたことを特徴とする前
    記第１項の記載によるエンジン自動停止装置。
