Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は包装用印刷複合フイルムに関する。
従来チユーブ状のプラスチツクフイルムにおい
ては表面に直接印刷していたが、印刷時において
は延伸力が加わるため、チユーブ状のフイルムが
不規則に延びる現象が生じ、多色刷の場合などは
鮮明な印刷ができず、又、印刷後においては、積
み重ねた時の摩擦や汚れた時の汚れ落しの作業に
よつて印刷インキが剥落するなどの致命的な欠点
があつた。

本考案者は、印刷が美しく、しかも容易に剥落
しない印刷包装用印刷複合フイルムを提供すべく
研究した結果、本考案をなした。本考案は鮮明な
印刷をしたシート状プラスチツクフイルムを印刷
面が内側になるようにチユーブ状プラスチツクフ
イルムに貼り合わせることによりなる。

本考案で用いるチユーブ状フイルムはインフレ
ーシヨン法で成形されたポリプロピレン、軟質塩
化ビニル、ナイロンなどのフイルムであり、必要
に応じ、顔料を添加したものでもよい。

貼り合わせるシート状プラスチツクフイルム又
は透明セロフアン紙は裏面に印刷するものである
から、透明性のよいことが必要であるが、それ以
外の制約はない。プラスチツクとしてはポリエチ
レン、ポリプロピレン、軟質塩化ビニル、ナイロ
ン、ポリエステル、酢ビなど、ほとんど全ての透
明プラスチツクフイルムを用いることができる。
は透明セロフアン紙は裏面に印刷するものである
から、透明性のよいことが必要であるが、それ以
外の制約はない。プラスチツクとしてはポリエチ
レン、ポリプロピレン、軟質塩化ビニル、ナイロ
ン、ポリエステル、酢ビなど、ほとんど全ての透
明プラスチツクフイルムを用いることができる。
本考案では、この裏面に印刷したプラスチツク
フイルムをそれぞれの樹脂に応じた接着剤又は溶
融ポリエチレンを用いてチユーブ状フイルムに貼
り合わせる。貼り合わせには、材質に応じ、湿式
法または乾式法の貼り合わせ方法を用いる。

Claims (1)
- チユーブ状のプラスチツクフイルムに、片面に
印刷をしたシート状プラスチツクフイルム又は透
明セロフアン紙を、印刷面を内側にして、接着剤
または溶融ポリエチレンを用いて貼り合わせてな
る包装用印刷複合フイルム。
