- 基板外周各辺上の複数の点からそれぞれ複数の
リード線が出てそれらが基板面に垂直な同じ向き
に延びている回路基板の表裏両面の絶縁性樹脂で
外装被覆してなる混成集積回路用モジユールであ
つて、前記基板の四隅にそれぞれ円弧または多角
形外周線状の成形加工部を有することを特徴とす
る混成集積回路用モジユール。
