    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板上に下部磁性層、ギヤツプスペーサ、導体
    コイル層、該導体コイル層を覆う層間絶縁層、及
    び上部磁性層より構成されるヘツド素子を被着形
    成し、該ヘツド素子上に非磁性の保護板を接合し
    てなる薄膜磁気ヘツドにおいて、前記保護板の接
    合面上に金属薄膜を被着形成したことを特徴とす
    る薄膜磁気ヘツド。
