Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ソレノイドコイルへの通電によつて励磁さ
    れる固定鉄心に吸引される可動鉄心に連結された
    スプールを有し、入力ポート、出力ポート並びに
    排出ポートを有して前記スプールと協働するスプ
    ールケーシングを有し、および前記可動鉄心を実
    質的に摺動抵抗のないように軸方向に可動に支持
    する可動鉄心支持手段を有してなる比例電磁弁に
    おいて、 前記ソレノイドコイル、固定鉄心、および可動
    鉄心を収容したケース内の流体を適当な隙間を通
    して強制移動させるようにした流体強制移動手段
    を前記可動鉄心の軸方向運動と共に運動するよう
    に設けたことを特徴とする比例電磁弁。 (2) 前記流体強制移動手段は、前記ケースの内
    壁との間に前記隙間を形成すべく、前記ケースの
    内周の輪郭に相似した形状の外周を有した板部材
    であり、かつこの流体強制移動手段は温度が低く
    なると前記隙間を拡げるように、温度に応じて前
    記板部材が変形する請求の範囲第１項記載の比例
    電磁弁。
