Claims (1)
- ウオツチ歯車をパーツフイーダからピツキング
し、パレツト上の地板に組み込むピツクアンドプ
レイスにおいて、前記ピツクアンドプレイスにピ
ツキングされた歯車の臍先端の前記パーツフイー
ダから地板に向かつての軌跡に、少なくても２個
以上の反射型フアイバセンサを第一の反射型にフ
アイバセンサは前記軌跡上に、第二以下の反射型
フアイバセンサは前記軌跡に対してそれぞれ垂直
方向に微小長さだけずらした位置に配列し、前記
ピツクアンドプレイスによつてピツキングした歯
車がピツキング位置から組み込み位置に向かつて
移動した際、第一の反射型フアイバセンサだけが
前記臍を検出した場合は歯車を良品と認識して地
板への組み込み動作を行い、第一の反射型フアバ
センサを除く反射型フアイバセンサが臍を検出し
た場合は歯車を不良品と認識して組み込み動作を
停止することを特徴とするピツクアンドプレイス
。
