Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気的に外部回路と接続される手段を有す
る感温素子が保護外筒に有機封止剤によつて封入
された温度センサーにおいて、該感温素子が耐熱
絶縁フイルムで覆われ、該感温素子と該耐熱絶縁
フイルムの間にアルミナ、ジルコニア、酸化亜鉛
等のセラミクスを含有する有機絶縁物を充填する
ことを特徴とする温度センサー。 (2) 前記感温素子は、該素子のリード線が素子
の両側に出たアキシヤル型であることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の温度セ
ンサー。 (3) 前記有機絶縁物は、前記有機封止剤の硬化
の際にも硬化せず、粘稠液状であることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の温度
センサー。
