施例を示すもので、第１図は縫着片送りユニツト
全体の斜視図、第２図は縫着片折り曲げユニツト
全体の斜視図、第３図から第５図は本実施例によ
る切断手段と折り曲げ部材と縫着片支持体の動作
を順に説明した図、第６図は本願出願人が先に提
出した実願昭６３−５７６２１号にて提案した装
置を用いて帯状縫着片を短冊状縫着片に切断する
場合の折り曲げ動作を順に説明した図である。 図中、１は縫着片送りユニツト、２は縫着片送
りユニツトを移動可能に支持する支持装置、３は
移動装置、４は縫着片折り曲げユニツト、１０は
帯状縫着布、１２は送りローラ、１７は移動刃、
１８は切断シリンダ、１９は固定刃、２３は短冊
状縫着片、２３ａ，２３ｂは縫着片両端の曲げ代
部、２４は縫着片支持体、２５ａ，２５ｂは折り
曲げ部材、２６，２６ｂは開閉シリンダ、２７は
上下シリンダである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 帯状の縫着布を前記縫着片支持体上に該縫着片
    支持体の長さより長い所定の長さ毎に送り出す送
    り手段と、 前記縫着片支持体と前記送り出し手段との間に
    配置され、前記帯状縫着布を切断して前記縫着片
    支持体の長さより長い縫着片とする切断手段と、 前記縫着片支持体の両端近傍にて開閉可能且つ
    縫着片支持体を境界として上下方向へ相対移動可
    能な一対の折り曲げ部材とを備え、該一対の折り
    曲げ部材の開閉及び上下動差に基づいて前記縫着
    片の両端を前記縫着片支持体の下面側へ折り曲げ
    るよう構成されたミシのための縫着片折り曲げ装
    置において、 前記切断手段及び前記縫着片支持体の少なくと
    も一方を前記帯状縫着布の送り方向に沿つて移動
    可能に支持する支持手段と、 前記切断手段が前記帯状縫着布を前記縫着片に
    切断する際には、前記切断手段と前記縫着片支持
    体を相対的に接近移動させ、その切断動作後、前
    記折り曲げ部材による折り曲げ動作を許容する位
    置まで前記切断手段と前記縫着片支持体を相対的
    に離隔移動させる移動手段と を備えていることを特徴とするミシンのための縫
    着片折り曲げ装置。
