Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 回転軸線５の周りに駆動される円形の透明基
    体１を具え、この基体に記録層を設けた光学的に
    読取可能な記録デイスクにおいて、 記録層を設けた側とは反対の基体の側に、別体
    の軸線方向へ突出する中心心出し部材６を固着し
    、記録層に対し情報を読み書きする装置の心出し
    手段７に心出し部材６を共働させるようにした光
    学的に読取可能な記録デイスク。 ２ 心出し部材は基体から軸線方向へ離間した中
    心部と、 この中心部を周縁部において基体に結合する結
    合部とを有し、 前記中心部及び基体間に画成された空所内に前
    記心出し手段を侵入させるための円形中心孔を中
    心部に形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の光学的に読取可能な記録デイスク。 ３ 前記空所内への心出し手段侵入量を前記結合
    部よりも短くした実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
    記載の光学的に読取可能な記録デイスク。 ４ 前記中心部を金属としてこの中心部に前記の
    中心孔を、モータの駆動スピンドルが僅かな隙間
    をもつて共働するよう機械加工した実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第２項記載の光学的に読取可能な記録
    デイスク。 ５ 前記駆動スピンドルの遊端に先細ガイド部を
    設定し、前記中心孔の内壁及び心出し部材の外面
    間における遷移部を前記先細ガイド部より小さく
    した実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の光学的
    に読取可能な記録デイスク。 ６ 前記スピンドルと共働する中心孔部分の軸方
    向長さをスピンドル径に較べ小さくした実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第５項記載の光学的に読取可能な
    記録デイスク。 ７ 心出し部材の少なくとも一部を強磁性材料で
    造つた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光学
    的に読取可能な記録デイスク。 ８ 心出し部材６を全体的に強磁性材料で造り、
    接着層８により基体へ結合した実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第７項記載の光学的に読取可能な記録デイ
    スク。 ９ 心出し部材６の中心部６Ａを板材で造り、こ
    れに形成した中心孔６Ｃは心出し手段に係合する
    円筒壁を有し、中心部に連なる結合部をフランジ
    状のリム６Ｂとして接着層により基体に結合した
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項又は第８項記載の
    光学的に読取可能な記録デイスク。 １０ 前記心出し手段は心出し部材から半径方向
    に離れた箇所でデイスクを基体との直接接触によ
    り支持するようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項乃至第９項のいずれかに記載の光学的に読取
    可能な記録デイスク。 １１ 心出し部材を光学的な検出手段により基体
    上のトラツクや外周縁に対し正確に位置決めし、
    この状態で心出し部材を基体に結合するようにし
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光学的に
    読取可能な記録デイスク。 １２ 製造の早い段階で心出し部材を基体に結合
    しておき、心出し部材を電磁クラツチにより吸引
    、釈放するようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    ７項記載の光学的に読取可能な記録デイスク。 １３ 基体を回転する複数の回転スピンドルを種
    々の製造段階で用い、自動メカニカル手段により
    基体を自動的にスピンドル間で移送させるように
    した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１１項記載の光学
    的に読取可能な記録デイスク。
