- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 くし状に交差配置された電極を有する複数の積
層体サブユニツトから成り、１サブユニツトの上
下面を他のサブユニツトの上下面に接着して複数
個積み重ねたシート積層型圧電体において、 上記各積層体サブユニツトの外部電極を有する
ユニツト側面と、上記サブユニツト上下面とが交
わるエツジに面取り部を形成することを特徴とす
るシート積層型圧電体。
