Claims (1)
- 周縁部と細い支持梁を介して連結する断面凸状
の圧電振動体と、この圧電振動体とほぼ同径とさ
れ、前記圧電振動体と対向する面の中心部に電極
が形成され、その周縁部の凸部を介して前記圧電
振動体を両側からはさむ一対の電極板と、この一
対の電極板の電極面と反対側の面に一体に形成し
たヒータおよび温度センサとを備え、温度センサ
出力に基づいて圧電振動体が所定の温度となるよ
うにヒータを駆動することを特徴とする圧電振動
子。
