Claims (1)
- 相対的に一方向に移動せしめられる原稿に対し
て、その移動方向に直交する走査方向に沿つて延
びる長尺のガラス基板上にその長手方向に沿つて
形成された共通電極と、該共通電極の上面に形成
されたａ−Ｓｉ層と、上記長手方向に関して略等
間隔をおいて該ａ−Ｓｉ層の上面に形成された複
数の個別電極とを具備しており、上記ａ−Ｓｉ層
が個別電極と共通電極とで挟まれた領域により形
成されたフオトダイオードが、上記長手方向に沿
つて略等間隔で一列に並んで配設されていると共
に、該フオトダイオードを覆うように形成された
透明材料からなる絶縁層の上面に、フオトダイオ
ードの配列方向に沿つてＬＥＤ光源がライン状に
形成され、且つ該ＬＥＤ光源は上記絶縁層上に取
り付けられたＬＥＤチツプと該ＬＥＤチツプに対
向して設けられた凹状の反射面を備えていて、該
ＬＥＤチツプから噴出され上記反射面により反射
された光が、ガラス基板の各フオトダイオードの
間の領域を透過して、密着している原稿を照明し
、該原稿の表面で反射された光が各フオトダイオ
ードに入射することにより、画像読取りが行われ
るようにしたことを特徴とする、密着型画像読取
り装置。
