    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. セラミツクリードレスチツプキヤリア型のＩＣ
    パツケージが実装される配線基板であつて、一端
    が該配線基板に植設され、他端が自由端とされた
    弾性導電体電極を有し、前記電極の両端間に前記
    ＩＣパツケージを実装するようにしたことを特徴
    とする配線基板。
