Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 車室に入射する光を受けるよう、センサ表面
    を車両の進行方向に延びる仮想の鉛直面に対して
    鉛直方向及び水平方向で傾かせて配置された第1
    及び第2の日射センサと、センサ表面がほぼ水平
    になるように配置された第3の日射センサとから
    構成されたことを特徴とする日射検出装置。 2 自動車用空調制御装置のベント吹出口に設け
    られた上下方向の送風状態を可変させる送風状態
    可変機構と、 車室に入射する光を受けるよう、センサ表面を
    車両の進行方向に延びる仮想の鉛直面に対して鉛
    直方向及び水平方向で傾かせて配置された第1及
    び第2の日射センサと、センサ表面がほぼ水平に
    なるように配置された第3の日射センサとから成
    る日射検出装置と、 前記第1及び第2の日射センサの出力に基づき
    入射方向を演算する入射方向演算手段と、 前記入射方向演算手段で演算された入射方向が
    所定の領域内にある場合に、前記第1または第2
    の日射センサの出力と前記第3の日射センサの出
    力とに基づいて入射高度を演算する入射高度演算
    手段と、 前記入射高度演算手段で演算された入射高度を
    大きさに応じて前記送風状態可変機構を駆動制御
    する駆動制御手段とを具備することを特徴とする
    日射検出装置を用いた自動車用空調制御装置。
