Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、シャンプー、ボディーシャンプー等に適した
起泡性を有する洗浄剤組或物に関し、更に詳細には、ア
ルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤及びショ糖脂肪酸エス
テル、さらに所望によりアニオン性界面活性剤、両性界
面活性剤を含有し、クリーミーで良好な泡立ちを示し、
皮膚及び毛髪に対して低刺激性である洗浄剤組成物に関
する。
〔従来の技術及びその課題〕
従来、非イオン性界面活性剤は、皮膚や毛髪を洗浄する
組或物に使用されている。しかしながら、非イオン性界
面活性剤は低刺激性であるものの、起泡性が劣るため、
シャンプーやボディーシャンプー等の起泡性が要求され
る洗浄剤組或物には、多量には配合されていなかった。
非イオン性界面活性剤のうち、アル中ルサッカライド系
界面活性剤は比較的起泡性の高い活性剤として知られ、
起泡性洗浄剤組成物に配合して用いられている（ヨーロ
ッパ特許第７００７４号、米国特許第３２１９６５６号
）。
しかしながら、アルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤をク
リーミーな泡質を必要とするシャンプーやボディーシャ
ンプーに多量に配合した場合、泡質が粗く、クリーミー
でなくなるという欠点があった。
このため、クリーミーで良好な泡質を示し、しかも低刺
激性である洗浄剤組戊物が望まれていた。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
斯かる実状において、本発明者らは鋭意研究を行った結
果、アルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤及びショ糖脂肪
酸エステル、さらに所望によりアニオン性界面活性剤、
両性界面活性剤を含有した洗浄剤組成物は、シャンプー
やボディーシャンプーに適した細くクリーミーな泡質を
示し、しかも低刺激性であることを見出し、本発明を完
或した。
すなわち、本発明は、次の成分（Ａ）、（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ
） （Ａ）アルキルサッカライド系界面活住剤０．１〜５０
重量％ （Ｂ）ショ糖脂肪酸エステル系界面活性剤０．１〜２０
重量％ （Ｃ）アニオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤の１種ま
たは２種以上　　　　　　　０〜３０重量％を含有する
ことを特徴とする洗浄剤組底物を提供するものである。
本発明の（Ａ）或分であるアルキルサツカライド系界面
活性剤は、例えば一般式（１）Ｒ，−０−（＋１２０）
．−（Ｇ）ｎ（　Ｉ　）（式中、Ｒ１は炭素数６〜１８
の直釦または分岐鎮のアルキル基、アルケニル基もしく
はアルキルフエニル基を示し、Ｒ２は炭素数２〜４のア
ルキレン基を示し、Ｇは炭素数５〜６の還元糖を示し、
ｍは０〜１０の数を示し、ｎはｌ〜１０の数を示す） で表わされるもの等が挙げられる。式中、Ｒ１は炭素数
６〜１８の直鎮または分岐鎖のアルキル基、アルケニル
基もしくはアルキルフエニル基を示すが、特にデシル基
、ラウリル基、ミリスチル基等の炭素数１０〜１４の直
釦または分岐鎮のアルキル基が好ましい。また、ｍは０
〜１０の数であるが、特に０〜３が好ましい。Ｇで表わ
される親水基であるサツカライド部分は、炭素数５〜６
の還元糖を基本単位とするものであり、この還元糖とし
ては、特にグルコース、ガラクトース、フラクトースが
好ましい。さらに、サツカライドの重合度Ｓ（一般式（
Ｉ）中、ｎ）は１〜１０であり、Ｓ＝１〜４であるもの
が８０％以上である事が好ましい。さらに、重合度Ｓと
基Ｒ，の両者が化合物（Ｉ）に与える影響を考慮すれば
、Ｒ１の炭素数が８〜１１であるときは重合度Ｓがｌ〜
１．４であることが、またＲ，の炭素数が１２〜ｌ４の
ときは重合度Ｓが１．５〜４．０であることが好ましい
。なお、重合度Ｓの平均値はプロトンＮＭＲ法により測
定できる。
これらアルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤としては、例
えば、κｏｅｎｉｎｇｓ−Ｋｎｏｒｒ法により才クチル
グルコシド、ドデシルマルトシド、デシルグルコシド、
ポリオキシエチレン（　３　８０）　　ドデシルグルコ
シド等のアルキルサッカライドが合成される。
また、グルコース、ガラクトース、マルトース、フラク
トース等の還元糖及び炭素数６〜１８の直鎖もしくは分
岐鎮の高級アルコール、炭素数６〜１８の直鎖もしくは
分岐鎮の高級アルコールのエチレンオキサイド、プロピ
レンオキサイド付加物、即ちデカノール、ポリオキシエ
チレン（　３　８０）　　ドデシルエーテル等の高級ア
ルコール等より合戊されるものく米国特許第３２１９６
５６号、同第３８３９３１８号、同第４２２３１２９号
）などが挙げられる。
（Ａ）或分は、全組或中に０．１〜５０重量％（以下、
単に％で示す）配合される。
本発明の（Ｂ）戊分であるショ糖脂肪酸エステルは、例
えば一般式（ｎ） （ＩＩ） （式中、Ｒ３、Ｒ４、Ｒ，は同一または異なってもよく
、少なくとも１つは直鎮または分岐鎮の飽和または不飽
和の炭素数８〜２４のアシル基を示し、残りは水素原子
を示す） で表わされるもの等が挙げられ、一般にモノ、ジ、トリ
アシル化合物の混合物から或る。式中、Ｒ３、Ｒ４、Ｒ
ｓは炭素数６〜２４のアシル基を示すが、特に炭素数１
０〜１８のものが好ましく、また、モノ体／ジもしくは
トリ体の比率は７　０／３　０〜３　０／７　０が好ま
しい。
（Ｂ）或分は、全組戊中に０．１〜２０％配合される。
本発明の（Ｃ）戊分の陰イオン性界面活性剤及び両性界
面活性剤としては何れのものも使用できる。その中でも
、陰イオン性界面活性剤としては、陰イオン性基がサル
フェート、スルホネート、カルボキシレート、ホスフェ
ート及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれたもので
あることが好ましい。例えば、サルフェート、スルホネ
ート系としてはアルキル硫酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンア
ルキル硫酸塩、スルホコハク酸系、タウレート系、イセ
チオネート系、α−オレフィンスルホン酸系等の界面活
性剤が、カルボキシレート系としては、脂肪酸塩、エー
テルカルボン酸系界面活性剤、アミノ酸系界面活性剤等
が、ホスフエート系としては、アルキルリン酸エステル
系界面活性剤等が挙げられ、スルホコハク酸系、ホスフ
ェート系界面活性剤が好ましく用いられる。
また、両性界面活性剤としては、カルボベタイン系、ス
ルホベタイン系、イミダゾリニウムベタィン系等の両性
界面活性剤が挙げられ２−ヒドロキシプロピルスルホベ
タイン、特開昭６３−１３０１２９号公報に記載の脱塩
処理した２級のイミダゾリニウムベタイン等が好ましく
用いられる。
（Ｃ）或分としては、これらアニオン性界面活性剤及び
両性界面活性剤のうちから１種または２種以上を組み合
わせて用いることができ、全組或中に０〜３０％配合さ
れる。
本発明の洗浄剤組戒物には、上記（Ａ）〜（Ｃ）或分の
他、必要に応じ、通常の洗浄剤に用いられる戊分、例え
ばプロピレングリコール、グリセリン、ソルビトール等
の保湿剤；メチルセルロース、ボリ才キシエチレングリ
コールジステアレート、エタノール等の粘度調整剤；ト
リクロサン、トリクロロカルバン等の殺菌剤；グリチル
リチン酸カリウム、酢酸トコフエロール等の抗炎症剤；
ジンクピリチオン、オクトビロツクス等の抗フケ剤；メ
チルパラベン、プチルパラベン等の防腐剤；その他パー
ル化剤、香料、色素、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤などを
、本発明の効果を損わない範囲において配合することが
できる。
本発明の洗浄剤組底物は、通常の方法により、通常使用
される剤型のいずれの剤型にも製造することができる。
なお、組成物中における（Δ）、（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ）戊分
の界面活性剤の合計含有量は、固形の場合３０％以上、
ペースト状では２０％以上、液体では５％以上であるこ
とが好ましい。
また、本発明の洗浄剤組底物は、通常の洗浄剤に用いら
れる酸性またはアルカリ性薬剤により、ｐＨ２〜１０、
特にｐＨ４〜８に調整するのが好ましい。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明の洗浄剤組或物は、クリーミーで良好な泡立ちを
示し、しかも低刺激性であるため、特にシャンプーやボ
ディーシャンプーとして好適に用いることができる。
〔実施例〕
以下実施例を挙げ、本発明を更に詳細に説明するが、本
発明はこれら実施例に限定されるものではない。
なお、実施例における性能評価は次の方法により行った
。
〈評価方法〉 （１）毛髪に対する泡の感触 ２０ｇの入毛を４０℃の水で湿らせ、１５ｇの水を含ま
せる。次いで洗浄剤組底物１ｇを使用して洗髪し、泡の
感触を女性パネラー１０名の官能評価により判定する。
（２）肌に対する泡の感触 手を４０℃の水で湿らせ、洗浄剤組戒物１ｇを手に取り
、泡立てた後、手を洗い泡の感触を女性パネラー１０名
の官能評価により判定する。

上記組戒のシャンプーを製造した。このシャンプーは、
泡質がクリーミーで仕上がり感が良いものであった。

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　１００＊ｌ：
実施例３と同様 上記組成のボディーシャンプーを製造した。このボディ
ーシャンプーは泡質がクリーミーであり、しかも刺激感
の少ないものであった。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、次の成分（Ａ）、（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ） （Ａ）アルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤０．１〜５０
    重量％ （Ｂ）ショ糖脂肪酸エステル系界面活性剤０．１〜２０
    重量％ （Ｃ）アニオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤の１種ま
    たは２種以上０〜３０重量％ を含有することを特徴とする洗浄剤組成物。
