【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図から第７図までは本考案による保護カバ
ーの実施例でいずれも上面図、第８図はその側面
図でイは平坦なもの、ロは凸型のもの、ハは中心
にふくらみを持たせたものである。第９図は触媒
リングに本考案の保護カバーを乗せライターのノ
ズルで押え込んだものの断面外観図、第１０図は
本考案の別の保護カバーを触媒リングに一体的に
組み込んだものの上面図と断面外観図の例である
。第１１図は本考案の保護カバーを挟み込む火口
リングの一方の上面図および断面図の例で保護カ
バーからの熱の放出を防ぐため突起を設けてある
。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ライター用ガス燃焼触媒の保護を目的とし
    て火口リング上部もしくはノズル上部に取り付け
    るカバーにおいて、板厚が０．０３mmから０．２
    ５mmの鉄またはニツケルを主成分とする素材料か
    ら加工された開孔率が７５％から９５％であるこ
    と特徴とするガス燃焼触媒保護カバー。 (2) 前項のガス燃焼触媒の保護を目的としたカ
    バーにおいて、線径が０．０５mmから０．２５mm
    の鉄またはニツケルを主成分とする素線材から加
    工された開孔率が７５％から９５％であることを
    特徴とするガス燃焼触媒保護カバー。 (3) 上記のガス燃焼触媒保護カバーおいて、ノ
    ズル先端へふくらみを持たせたことを特徴とする
    ガス燃焼触媒保護カバー。 (4) 前記のガス燃焼触媒保護カバーおいて、コ
    イル状触媒を固定する鉄または銅合金からなる火
    口リングに一体的に挟み込みもしくはスポツト溶
    接したことを特徴とするガス燃焼触媒保護カバー
    。 (5) 前項の火口リングへの挟み込みにおいて、
    カバーからの熱の飛散を防ぐため火口リングの挟
    み込み部分に一定の間隔で凸部を設けてカバーと
    リングの接触面積を減少させたことを特徴とする
    ガス燃焼触媒保護カバー挟み込み用火口リング。
