Claims (1)
- ガイドレールに懸架されて水平方向に移動する
上部フレームと、この上部フレームに上下方向に
移動可能に設けられた下部フレームと、この下部
フレームに水平方向に移動可能に設けられワーク
を水平面内で吸着吊下するワーク吸着部材を備え
た位置出しフレームと、前記下部フレームに固設
された第１アクチユエータにより水平方向に進退
移動し前記ワーク吸着部材に吸着吊下されたワー
ク端面位置を検測するワーク位置検測センサと、
前記下部フレームに固設され前記位置出しフレー
ムを水平方向に進退移動する第２アクチユエータ
と、前記ワーク位置検測センサの検測信号に基づ
いつ前記第２アクチユエータを制御し位置出しフ
レームを移動して吸着吊下されているワークを正
規位置に補正するコントローラとから成るワーク
搬送装置。
