- 複数のコンデンサ素子を樹脂モールド成形した
コンデンサリードフレーム構体において、コンデ
ンサの外装モールド成形と同時に片側タイバー切
断後もリード間を連結するダミーランナーを設け
たことを特徴としたリードフレーム構体。
