Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被滅菌物を収納した状態で密閉自在な滅菌
    容器と、この滅菌容器内を加温するヒータと、両
    端を上記滅菌容器に接続し、途中に送気フアンと
    第一の開閉弁と気化器とを、上流側から順番に設
    けた送気管と、上記気化器に液状の過酸化水素を
    、所望量だけ送り込む為の供給手段と、上記送気
    管の途中で、上記第一の開閉弁と気化器との間に
    一端を接続し、途中に第二の開閉弁を設けた吸気
    管と、上記送気管の途中で上記送気フアンと第一
    の開閉弁との間に一端を接続し、途中に第三の開
    閉弁を設けた排気管とから成る、過酸化水素を使
    用する滅菌装置。 (2) 被滅菌物を収納した状態で密封自在な滅菌
    容器と、この滅菌容器内を加温するヒータと、こ
    の滅菌容器内に設けられ、滅菌容器内の気体を攪
    拌する攪拌フアンと、一端を上記滅菌容器に接続
    し、他端に気化器を設けた第二の送気管と、上記
    気化器に液状の過酸化水素を、所望量だけ送り込
    む為の供給手段と、一端を上記滅菌容器に接続し
    た吸気管と、一端を上記滅菌容器に接続し、途中
    に排気フアンを設けた排気管とから成る、過酸化
    水素を使用する滅菌装置。 (3) 被滅菌物を収納した状態で密封自在な滅菌
    容器と、この滅菌容器内を加温するヒータと一端
    を上記滅菌容器に接続し、途中に、滅菌容器の側
    から順番に、気化器と第四の開閉弁とを設けた第
    三の送気管と、上記気化器に液状の過酸化水素を
    、所望量だけ送り込む為の供給手段と、一端を上
    記滅菌容器に接続し、途中に第五の開閉弁と真空
    ポンプとを設けた排気管とから成る、過酸化水素
    を使用する滅菌装置。
