Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 伸縮、起伏および旋回作動自在なブームを備え
    た作業車において、前記ブームの作動を規制して
    前記作業車の転倒を防止する過荷重防止装置であ
    つて、 前記ブームの作動に応じて前記作業車を転倒さ
    せる方向に作用するモーメントを算出する演算器
    と、 前記ブームの作動を規制する作動規制手段と、 規制解除信号を送出する規制解除操作手段と、 前記作動規制手段の作動を制御するコントロー
    ラとからなり、 このコントローラは、前記規制解除信号が未入
    力の場合は、前記モーメントが前記ブームの作動
    に対応して設定された第１作動許容範囲限界に達
    したときに前記作動規制手段を作動させ、前記規
    制解除信号が入力された場合は、前記モーメント
    が前記第１作動許容範囲限界の外側に設定された
    第２作動許容範囲限界に達したときに前記作動規
    制手段を作動させるように構成したことを特徴と
    する過荷重防止装置。
