Claims (1)
- 熱間圧延後の厚鋼板を制御冷却する際、冷却装
置内の鋼板幅方向端部上に設ける厚鋼板の均一冷
却用マスキング板であつて、制御冷却装置の上部
ノズルヘツダの冷却水噴出孔に対応させて貫通孔
を設けると共に、この貫通孔の数が鋼板幅方向中
央部寄りから端部にかけて減数され、且つ貫通孔
の大きさが噴出孔から噴出される冷却水のラミナ
流の外径にほぼ等しい大きさで成形されているこ
とを特徴とする厚鋼板の均一冷却用マスキング板
。
