Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 複数の部品６，６ａ，６ｂ，６ｃを積重状態
で収容する、部品６，６ａ，６ｂ，６ｃの平面形
状よりも大きい平面形状の部品収容凹所１１ａ，
１２ａ，１３ａを有する部品収容部１，１１，１
２，１３と、部品取出し装置５による部品６，６
ａ，６ｂ，６ｃの把持を行なわせる部品支承部２
と、部品収容部１１，１２，１３から部品６，６
ａ，６ｂ，６ｃを真空吸着して部品支承部２に搬
送する部品搬送部３と、部品支承部２に搬送され
た部品６，６ａ，６ｂ，６ｃの形状に基づいて部
品６，６ａ，６ｂ，６ｃの種別および姿勢を認識
するとともに、部品取出し装置５に対して把持許
可信号を供給する視覚認識部４とを具備すること
を特徴とする部品供給装置。 ２ 部品収容部１１，１２，１３が、部品搬送部
３による部品６，６ａ，６ｂ，６ｃの真空吸着時
に追従移動し得るように所定の部位に支持されて
いる上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の部
品供給装置。 ３ 視覚認識部４により把持許可信号を供給すべ
き種別でないと認識された部品をエアにより部品
支承部２から排出する部品排出部２２をさらに具
備している上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ま
たは第２項に記載の部品供給装置。
