    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電セラミツク素子の一端側面に弾性絶縁材か
    らなる膨出部をその底面が圧電セラミツク素子の
    底面と一致するように設け、かつ該膨出部底面に
    圧電セラミツク素子底面上に設けた内部電極と一
    体的に外部電極との接続用電極を設け、そして該
    圧電セラミツク素子を複数個積層し、外部電極を
    該接続用電極に接続して成ることを特徴とする積
    層型圧電アクチユエータ。
