- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 半導体基板に形成されたトランジスタなどの
複数の素子を配線層により接続して所望の機能を
得る半導体集積回路において、最上層の信号また
は電源配線層の上に、層間絶縁膜を設け、更にそ
の上層に下層アートワークパタンを被覆する層を
設けたことを特徴とする半導体集積回路。 ２ 前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半

ンを被覆する層に凹凸を設けたことを特徴とする
